Website & App Design & Development

Modern websites and apps designed to engage users and drive conversions — built by the same person who has to make the tracking work afterwards, which changes what gets built.

What it covers

  • Event, tour and release pages built per date rather than templated once
  • Presale mechanics, waitlists and access codes when the ticketing platform will not do it
  • Integration with your ticketing platform, CRM and payment provider
  • Performance work measured on real mobile connections, not a lab score
  • Accessibility and structured data built in, because both also decide who finds you

Measured on 4G, not on a laptop

Built for the ten minutes that matter

Most sites are designed for an average Tuesday. Yours has to survive an on-sale: a spike of people arriving at once, most of them on a phone, on a mixed connection, with a countdown running and no patience for a page that takes four seconds to paint.

That changes the decisions. Fewer scripts. Static where possible so the traffic spike costs nothing and cannot fall over. Third-party embeds treated as a liability to be budgeted rather than a free addition. The measure is what happens on a mid-range Android on a busy network, because that is who is actually buying.

What we are honest about

This is web work — sites, web apps, and the mechanics around ticketing and presale. If you need a native iOS or Android app in the stores, we are the wrong shop, and we will say so on the first call rather than three months in.

We also do not rebuild for the sake of it. If your existing site is fixable, the honest recommendation is usually to fix it and spend the difference on demand. That recommendation costs you nothing to get — it comes out of the free audit.
